Da'Wayne Carter was born on September 27, 1982 in New Orleans, Louisiana. His career first started when he became one of the Hot Boys. They were a rap group that was run by Cash Money Records. His first solo album was, Than Block Is Hot, which was released in 1999. His second album was 2000's Lights Out. Wayne started a series of carter’s album. His first carter album was released in 2004

Lil Wayne grew up in the Holly grove, New Orleans. For Lil Wayne being a rapper at a young age he had inspired many kids in his neighborhood, therefore he rapped at parties for them.

Lil Wayne’s life was going very good. Until one day while he was playing with a loaded gun, Wayne has shot him self on the chest and almost bleed to death. But he had survived it. Right there at that moment he had inspired many people to never give up.

What’s so interesting about Lil Wayne was that he was a good rapper. When he first got into the rapping game he didn’t rap like as if he was 16 years old he rapped as if he was gangster. Right there he had showed many kids you could be what you want not what other people want you to be
