Ayn Rand

Ayn Rand wrote many books that had important messages about individuals and societies made up of individuals. The importance of such books is not so much in telling us what is the "best" or "right" way for people and societies to act, but in asking us to at least think about this, to question how we act and why we act the way we do, and how we might act differently.
