Condoleezza Rice

Hero - a woman distinguished by exceptional courage, strength, and nobility. Above is the definition of a hero and, to me, Dr. Condoleezza Rice is all of those things. She is a very intelligent woman who has worked her way to the top, and does not take no for an answer! She is the Secretary of State to the President! How cool is that?

Dr. Rice leads a very interesting life. She served as National Security Advisor to the President before becoming Secretary of State. She is also very well educated, which is very important to me. She is a graduate of Denver University. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science. She earned a master's degree at the University of Notre Dame, and a doctorate degree from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of International Studies. Both of her advanced degrees are in political science.

Dr. Rice has accomplished many great things in her life. She is a great role model/hero for anyone. The coolest thing about Dr. Rice to me would probably be that she goes to work everyday just to make sure the world is safe. She has so many accomplishments. She really is an outstanding woman. And she is my hero!
