Rihanna is an inspiring person because she fulfilled her dream of becoming a singer. Rihanna is an R&B singer. She has been singing a little over four years. She has come out with two albums so far, with a third one coming out the summer of 2007.

Rihanna was born in Saint Michael, Barbados, on February 20, 1988. Rihanna is the oldest of three children, and the only girl. At the age of 15, she was introduced to the music business. On August 30, 2005, she released her first album ‘Music of the Sun.' She released her second album ‘A Girl like Me,’ on April 25, 2006. Her third album ‘Good Girl Gone Bad,’ will be released on June 5, 2007. She tried to become a part of the Barbados Cadet Corps. As strange as it may seem, she has a tattoo of a star behind her right ear, and oddly enough, she never travels anywhere without her Hello Kitty blanket.

Rihanna is my hero for a couple of reasons. One reason is because she is a pop star, and I have wanted to be a famous singer for as long as I can remember. Another reason is because she is a leader, and does what she wants, how she wants, and she doesn’t let anyone boss her around or take her for granted. She also fulfills her dreams. If she wants something that’s possible to get, she usually does.
