I am going to tell you where and when my hero was born, and why he is my hero. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on June 3, 1965. The reason he is my hero is because he is the coach for Alabama, and I'm a big Alabama fan. The second thing I am going to tell you is how his career started. The way it started was because he played for Alabama during the seasons of 1984, 1985, and 1986. Later, when Price was fired he was hired. The third thing I am going to tell you about him is when he was hired. He started coaching three months before the first game of the 2003 season. Mike Shula is my hero because he is a wonderful coach. His career started rough, but this past year he led The University of Alabama to a winning season. (9-2) Even though he's had many hardships, he has not given up. Now he is one of the best coaches in the country, and that inspires me!
