There is plenty of fuel to keep on going. Bios focus on women overcoming great odds, such as news anchor Katie Couric and actor Camryn Manheim; brief chapters for each day of the month are filled with memorable, easy-to--accomplish agendas; and the personal stories of the author's own triumphs are told "girlfriend to girlfriend."
