When war occurs, people are injured, killed and traumatized. Violence is tragedy among everyone. The subject in the middle is Lt. Col. Daniel Russell Fox. He was a highly popular Marine before his death on the U.S.S Arizona. His portrait, surrounded by newspapers, documented the devastation of the thousands killed by violent warfare. With thousands of people dead, a million more people must mourn.
