Wu Zetian was the only women in Chinese history to rule as emperor. Rising from a concubine to the ruler of the Tang Dynasty, she used her intelligence and political skill to take power. Her reign brought stability, expanded the empire, and supported education and Buddhism.
I decided to pick Wu Zetian as my hero because she is one of the most fascinating and powerful women in Chinese history. As the only women to ever become emperor in China, she broke many traditions and proved that women could be strong and intelligent leaders. I admire her courage, determination, and wisdom.
In my artwork, I used rich colors like red and gold to show her royal status and strong personality. Her detailed crown and clothing show that she was both elegant and powerful. I also included the Chinese flag and a Buddhist statue to represent her influence on both the country and religion during her reign.
Through this drawing, I wanted to honor her legacy and express how much I respect her strength and achievements. She inspires me to be confident, dream big, and never give up.
