Coral Reef Ball Foundation

by Kelvin from Lafayette Hill

My hero is Coral Reef Ball Foundation. A hero is a person or group admired for his or her achievements and qualities and someone that does deeds not for money or for popularity but for out of the ordinary. Coral Reef Ball Foundation is my hero because they protect and help living organisms in bodies of water such as coral reefs.

Coral Reef Ball Foundation is a non-government and non-profit organization. Todd Barber in 1993 founded the Coral Reef Ball Foundation. Some projects they work on include helping the reef ball artificial reef spread. They also provide public and private education that helps raise awareness of the earth’s crucial needs for healthy coral reef systems.

They build, restore, and protect coral reefs; they also help protect coral reefs; they also help protect various forms of marine life and provide food and shelter to marine life. They use earth-friendly technology to help the coral reefs and aquatic life. People need to protect coral reeds because they help things in bodies of water. Some things coral reefs help with is to protect beaches, support corals and marine restoration, and help oysters recover.

I chose Coral Reef Ball Foundation as my hero because many people don’t take care of the earth land and water. People litter and pollute the water so the coral reefs are damaged. Coral Reef Ball Foundation is still protecting coral reefs nowadays.
