I would like to nominate Jane Goodall as a hero. I would nominate her because she has a love for animals just like me. When she was young, Jane loved watching animals and she wanted to go to Africa and live with them. She is a vegetarian and hopes that other animal lovers will follow her path. She had a dream and made it happen. She believed that she could do it and never thought negatively. She lived up to her goals and I want to too. I think that Jane Goodall is the coolest person in the world and you should too!

Jane Goodall studied primates. Every morning in Africa she would go outside to watch the chimps to see the way they lived. She was very amazed to find out that they are just like us. They like to use tools to help them eat and gather termites and other types of food. She got to know the chimps and made friends. One time one of her friends saved her from other female chimps.

3 cheers for Jane!

Jane Goodall lived in Africa during her studies. Jane went to Africa after college in 1965. She loved it there. Jane first went there to visit a friend, but then later she got a job then went to live with the chimps. She also had her son, Grub, there. I would also like to go there too. I think that Jane Goodall is really special. If there were an award I would give it to her. Three cheers for Jane Goodall!
