This is a lesson for EFL students interested in studying world peace and fashion. Students practice speaking, listening, communication, creative thinking and lexis, while discussing the stories of Artist Hero Coco Chanel and Peacemaker Hero Leong Ung.
Objectives: Speaking about peace, fashion and women; listening; self-correction and peer-correction.
Teacher visits each group to monitor correction and feedback.
1: Unsatisfactory: Students have not fully completed the HandOuts, are unparticipative, and use little affective feedback and self-correction.
2. Satisfactory: Students have partially completed the HandOuts, are participative, and use affective feedback and self-correction.
3. Exceptional: Students have thoughtfully and fully completed the HandOut, are participative, and go above and beyond in using affective feedback and self-correction.
