In 2023, queer Latinx filmmaker, Nick Oceano Armendariz, collaborated with three young queer filmmakers on the film, “Pieces of Me”, about the life of trans activist Joslyn DeFreece. While on set, Nick interviewed the three filmmakers about what they believed to be the most pressing issues for their generation and beyond.
