My hero is Greta Thunberg, she is known for being a Swedish environmental activist. Greta Thunberg is heroic because of her courage to speak up during the global climate crisis .

Greta Thunberg is 23 years old & was born on January 3rd, 2003. At age 8, she learned about climate change but then struggled with severe depression & got diagnosed with autism, followed by OCD. She also faced intense backlash for her school strike as well as politicians dismissing her. While the United States president mocked her on social media in 2019, She still continued to fight for climate change, calling politicians to action.

Greta Thunberg has made the world a better place because of her leadership, she forced world leaders to prioritize environmental action. From her journey from school strikes in Sweden, to publicly advocating for a better climate, her strong commitment to scientific knowledge & justice made people pay attention to her campaign

What truly makes Greta Thunberg an amazing person & someone who I look up to is how determined she is. She has challenged world leaders for the better, she uses scientific facts in her campaign showing leadership & responsibility.
