This is a narrative poem about Karambir Kang, who was the general manager at the Taj Mahal Palace, in Mumbai India in 2008, and one of the biggest heroes during the 26/11 terrorist attack. He risked his own life and that of his family, to do what he believed was his duty, but was actually much more, and directed all the guests and the staff out of danger's way. He didn’t rest until he had saved everyone he could. Unfortunately, his wife and children passed away. But due to his upbringing and the values that he had imbibed, he was able to stay strong and keep going - a true hero.
