Description
With hopes of keeping his children in school, a modest cattle farmer finds himself torn between two desires: The first to provide for his family, and the second to keep his cattle in good health.
He discovers an opportunity to accomplish both by using “Krimanshi,” an innovative non-profit organization in Jodhpur, India which is working to fight poverty, climate change, food waste, and inhumane animal treatment by creating affordable & sustainable cattle feed made from edible food waste.
