Kayla Briët is a filmmaker, composer and musician. She is a National Young Arts Finalist, Sundance Ignite Fellow and TED Fellow. We talk to her about her short, Smoke That Travels, a story about how stories are remembered, for which she won the 2015 My Hero International Film Festival Emerging Artist Award.
