Description

Abalimi is about Xhosa women growing organic vegetables in harsh conditions in townships outside of Cape Town, sparking a micro-farming revolution in their communities. It's a story about how re-learning basic agriculture has led these women towards individual food security, possibly resulting in them winning back their basic human rights.
