A glimpse of the daily life of a small caregiver's army in the township of Grabouw. Those heroines, having neither comfort nor means, tend to soften the final moments of hundreds of people suffering from AIDS and other incurable diseases. These everyday heroes of South Africa stress the importance of medicine and that everyone deserves to live until they die.
