Heartbeats is a 3D animated short film about a young boy named August who wants to be a cool drummer. But as he grows older, his dreams shift. Eventually, he becomes a successful adult in other people’s eyes, yet something is missing within him. One day, an accidental sound vibrates through his chilled, numb heart. Will it reclaim that drum beat in his heart?
