CALL FOR ENTRIES – WOJ YOUTH REPORTER AWARD
Deadline September 1st 2025
MARCH 05, 2025 – LAGUNA BEACH, CA – THE MY HERO International Film Festival is looking for short films created by Middle and High School students that honor heroes and heroism. The final deadline to submit is September 1st. Winners will be announced at the 21st Annual MY HERO International Film Festival in November 2025. Submissions are free.
The WOJ Youth Reporter Award celebrates youth reporters creating videos on heroes making a positive difference in their community and the world. This award is presented by Esther Wojcicki, an outstanding media arts educator, author, and reporter. The prize is open to Middle and High School Students and comes with up to $2000 in cash prizes!
