Join us for the 18th Annual family friendly celebration of the best of humanity. The featured winning short films shine a light on activists, peacemakers, environmentalists, humanitarians, artists & others who make a positive impact in the world. Congratulations to the filmmakers for bringing these important stories to life.
We will be featuring select first place winners showing short clips from their films and giving filmmakers and heroes a chance to speak to the group.
Specific awards that will be presented in this virtual Film Festival event include:
The Mattie Stepanek Poetic Film Prize will be presented by Jeni Stepanek, Ph.D. an award-winning speaker and author of the NY Times Bestselling book, Messenger: The Legacy of Mattie J.T. Stepanek and Heartsongs. The award is given in honor of her son, the late bestselling poet and peace advocate, Mattie J.T. Stepanek.
