Film Festival Award Ceremony host is Gabrielle Gorman.
Gabrielle is a UCLA graduate with a rich background in the entertainment industry, having worked at Sony Pictures and now Paramount Pictures. With a repertoire of award-winning film and written work, Gabrielle has created content for platforms like Amazon Fire TV and TEDx. Starting as an intern at The MY HERO Project, Gabrielle returns to become a two-time host of The MY HERO International Film Festival. A Los Angeles native, Gabrielle is passionate about global change, youth empowerment, and education accessibility.
Eva Haller, philanthropist and mentor to generations of women, presents The Women Transforming Media Award, and the Sing For Hope Music Video Award.
Kathy Eldon presents the Dan Eldon Activist Award, to filmmakers that celebrate activism for a better world.
Ron Kovic, renowned author, painter and activist, presents the Peace Prize.
Esther Wojcicki, esteemed media arts educator, author presents the "Woj" Youth Reporter Award.
Live Musical Performances by SOZI
SOZI, an LA-born pop music artist, songstress, producer and engineer, debuted her latest single, “Never Fade”, in Season 5 of Netflix’s hit reality show Love Is Blind. Throughout the past few years, SOZI has graced the stages of the Peppermint Club, Viper Room, Hotel Cafe, The Virgil, Madame Siam, Adults Only, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, The Study, Molly Malone’s, Howl at the Moon, State Social House in Los Angeles, as well as Style Fashion Week in Palm Springs, Sofar Sounds Chicago, Summer SauceFest, during Austin’s SXSW 2023 The Meeting Web3 Event at Monk’s Jazz Club, and New York’s Rockwood Music Hall.
